1General Terms & Acceptance

Accounts belonging to persons under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual, family, or household unit may hold only one account. Multiple accounts operated by the same person or family are not permitted. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed.
2.3 Accuracy of Information Provided at Registration
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account. 27bet reserves the right to close accounts where false information has been provided. The information required includes:

2.4 Updating Account Information

3Account Verification & Security
3.1 Identity Verification
27bet may request account verification at any time. The following documents may be required:
- A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
- A bank statement or mobile banking receipt (within the last three months).
- Proof of current address (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.).
Withdrawals may be limited or delayed until verification is complete.
3.2 Responsibility for Account Security

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Amounts
Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (same for all methods) | Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be delayed if a verification process is underway.
4.4 Verification of Deposited Funds
All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source belonging to you. Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not accepted. Withdrawals will be processed using the same method as the deposit where possible.
4.5 Fees & Charges
27bet does not impose any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are governed entirely by that service provider's policy.
5Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The bonus will be credited to the account automatically.
Example: If you deposit ৳1,000, the bonus will be ৳1,200 and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳10,000, the bonus will be ৳5,000 as per the maximum limit and your total balance will be ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount.
Example: For a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets. The wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not the combined total of deposit and bonus.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Only one welcome bonus is available per account.
- The bonus must be used within the specified time period.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- If the account is closed before the requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
- 27bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus.
5.4 VIP Program
The 27bet VIP program has 5 tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
You can advance to a higher tier based on your playing volume and activity.
6Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Limits
Each game or market has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits will be displayed on the relevant game or market page. 27bet reserves the right to change betting limits under special circumstances.
6.2 Bet Cancellation & Modification
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 27bet reserves the right to void a bet if a technical error or incorrect information has been displayed.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules
General rules apply to sports betting:
- Bets will be accepted before an event begins.
- If an event is cancelled for technical reasons, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- Acceptance of in-play betting depends on the relevant market.
6.4 Casino Gaming Rules
All casino games are operated under a Fair Play policy. Each game's outcome is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). The specific rules of each game provider can be found within the relevant game.
7Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 27bet platform:

If any prohibited activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, all balances may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
8Account Suspension & Closure

27bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including in particular:
- In cases of violation of the terms and conditions.
- In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- In cases of failure to submit verification documents.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
8.2 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, email [email protected] or contact us via live chat. It is possible to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed (subject to terms and conditions).
8.3 Balance of Closed Accounts
The balance of an account closed due to a rule violation may be forfeited. Depending on the outcome of the investigation, 27bet will decide whether to return or retain the balance.
